This is the current portfolio of homes and buildings that I paint in watercolor, gouache, acrylic or oil. Different mediums produce different effects and some are combined.

Choose between different house portrait styles and sizes. All artwork is double-matted if pencil or watercolor, on a panel or gallery wrapped canvas if oil or acrylic and  ready for framing.  Have a custom portrait of your home to save as a family heirloom or to give as a gift.

If local, I can take photos to work from. If not local I can work from your photos. Hard photos are the best to work from, but I can also work from digital photo files. Just note, the more I can see the better.
I charge based on size, complexity and material involved. I can provide frames and hanging hardware.
